When Will My Item Ship?
I try my best to ship all items within 2-5 days of the order, and tend to visit the post office twice a week. Please remember there is no post on Sunday, so orders sent Saturday afternoon and Sunday will not be picked up until Monday.
Customs Fees/Import Tax On My Parcel
Unfortunately, all parcels are potentially subject to import fees at customs and this is out of my control, it is not a guarantee but can occasionally happen.
Germany is the most likely to be stopped at customs for this due to new VAT laws. Sadly, this is out of my hands and the customs office in your country will contact you regarding any potential extra fees incurred.
UK Customers are excluded from customs fees, no extra charges should be incurred on your parcel.
My Tracking Hasn't updated/Only Says Label Created
This means that I have created and printed your label, but it has not yet been picked up by the postal service. Give it a day or so and it should update!
How Long Will It Take To Arrive?
All below are only estimates and may take longer, International orders are subject to customs delays and other transport issues that can add weeks to the delivery time.

Time starts from when parcel is picked up by the post office, not when the label is created
What If My Package Goes Missing?
If you suspect your parcel has gone missing, please first contact your local postage department as I am unable to locate items from my end once the parcels have left my possession. Usually, the delivery company will only respond to the customer, especially for international orders.
If this does not help, please reach out to me and I will start a missing item report for you. After this you can request either a refund or replacement.
My Item Arrived Damaged
Please contact me right away for a replacement! I check all items before I package them, but there's always a chance I missed something or it was damaged in transit.
Do You Accept Returns?
For UK customers, you can request a return with a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item, and the refund will be sent within 14 days of me receiving the item back. Please contact me when you would like to do this and I will take you through the steps.
For international buyers, I unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the cost of re-delivery is paid. This can either be deducted from your refund total or paid separately. This applies to return requests due to things such as change of mind, not damage.
If the item is being refunded due to damage or similar issues, you will not need to return any items and will be refunded in full after information is provided.

What Are Pre-Orders?
Pre-Orders are items that you pay for before the item is available, funds will often go towards the manufacturing cost of the item. It is an agreement that you will receive the item as soon as it is made, preventing you from missing out on out of stock items
Pre-Orders are, in most circumstances, non-refundable as the money goes towards making the item.
Can I Track a Pre-Orders Status?

I Saw An Item In Person That Isn't On Your Shop
Some items such as badges, stickers and prints are a bit too fiddly to keep in stock online, so I sell them exclusively in person. However! If you see a photo of an item or see it in person and would like to buy it online, please contact me and I will set it up for you.
